Instructions:

1. Prepare the dough:

  • Add melted butter, salt, and eggs. Stir to combine.
  • Gradually add flour, 1 cup at a time, mixing until a soft dough forms.
  • Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for 6-8 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  • Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1-2 hours or until doubled in size.

2. Prepare the strawberry swirl:

  • In a small bowl, mix together the strawberry jam, sugar, and vanilla extract. Set aside.

3. Make the cinnamon filling:

  • In a bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
  • Set aside.

4. Assemble the rolls:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Punch down the dough and roll it out on a floured surface into a 12x18-inch rectangle.
